Role Overview:
As an AI Copilot Manager, you will oversee the management and optimization of our AI-powered chatbot. This role involves training the chatbot to better understand and respond to user queries, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and personalized experience for our audience. You will work closely with the content and tech teams to enhance user interactions and leverage AI for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the AI chatbot to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant responses to user inquiries.
- Continuously train and improve the chatbot’s AI model based on user interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with content and tech teams to update the chatbot’s knowledge base and ensure it reflects current offerings.
- Analyze user interactions and chatbot data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Ensure smooth customer support by troubleshooting issues and providing assistance where needed.
